Troubleshooting
Problem Possible Cause Ac on to Solve Problem
Radio will not
turn on (no
Power on LED
indicator)
12 Volt Ba + wire not con-
nected or incorrect voltage
/ remote wire not connect-
ed or incorrect voltage
Check all connec ons for
proper voltage with a volt
meter. Voltage range: 12-15
volts.
Ground wire not connected Check ground connec on.
Fuse on Ba + is blown Replace blown fuse.
No sound heard
from unit but
LED power indi-
cator is on
Volume turned all the way
down
Increase radio volume.
Input signal not connected Check low level inputs for
proper connec on.
Unit blows fuses Incorrect fuse ra ng Use fuses with correct 10
amp ra ng.
Not +12 Volts / car ba ery
not connected
Make sure the vehicle is + 12
volts and that the car bat-
tery is correctly connected
to the vehicle.
USB ERR Invalid media/device type Please review the “USB
Device Instruc ons” on page
27 to learn which formats and
devices are acceptable for
playback in this unit.
System Reset
To restore/reset the unit to factory units, remove all power from the unit, wait
5 minutes and then reconnect power. The unit will revert to factory default set-
ngs.
